The Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort (formerly Creta Princess) in Maleme, Crete, is now a model of 5★ tourist accommodation, combining luxury, family hospitality and modern infrastructure. Completely renovated in 2024, the hotel is located in front of the golden coast of Maleme and offers its guests a multitude of options: outdoor swimming pools, a private beach, a fully equipped spa, sports fields, a kids' club and an impressive water park with five water slides.

A central element in optimizing the performance and aesthetics of the resort was the installation of over 800 ALUMINCO w450 frames, which were selected for their excellent thermal insulation capacity, aesthetic line and resistance to a marine environment. The w450 system stands out thanks to its high thermal insulation category, featuring double glazing, reinforced profile and top performance in energy efficiency and safety. The spacious balcony doors and large windows flood the rooms with natural light, while the double thermal insulation helps to maintain coolness in summer and heat in winter.

The construction and installation of the frames was undertaken by KS SYSTEMS KARAVARAKIS, a long-standing and reliable partner of ALUMINCO, which successfully completed the installation with high quality standards, contributing significantly to the aesthetic final result and the overall functionality of the resort.

The result is a fully upgraded resort with a modern identity, where the w450 frames combine architectural aesthetics, relationship with the environment, energy saving and living comfort.
